My name is Beth Anna Raynock and I am the chef and owner. Since 2016, Local Mama Catering has offered full service catering for any occasion. I have been in the food industry for over 20 years working both in the front and back of the house, I am a pastry chef, as well. Specializing in international cuisine, I source my ingredients locally and organically whenever possible working with local farmers. I can prepare the menu to fit any dietary preference: gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, or allergen free. Using biodegradable serving materials and recycling, the environmental impact of my company is very important to me! I work within my community to donate food and my time to soup kitchens, food banks, and non-profit organizations. I value my relationships with my customers.
